One might think buying a mattress is simple. Let me tell you: it isn’t. Our friends, for example, are on their fourth mattress in 4 weeks. But I can tell you the one thing that matters: Customer service.



We bought locally at the Twilight Bedding factory. Not only are the Twilight Bedding showrooms situated locally, but the mattresses are made right here. This Spokane company is older than 30 years and founded by the father of the current owner.

We knew the size of the mattress we wanted and the consistency from soft to firm. But when you get into a mattress showroom, the choices are so much greater. We needed assistance, and we left, we were proud to have chosen what we thought was the right mattress for us. Well, it wasn’t. What happened afterwards was what mattered most: the back and forth with customer service, in this case with owner, manager and manufacturer. In the end we were the receivers of a totally new mattress, made just for us, which entailed all the requirements we had at the beginning of our quest but couldn’t really accentuate. And it didn’t cost us anything above the original price.


Where do you get a brand newly manufactured product after you made an unsuitable initial choice? Buy locally at Twilight Bedding and know that you cannot make a wrong choice.
