90 Day Comfort Layer Exchange Policy
We’ve stayed in business for more than 30 years by building and maintaining a reputation for exceptional mattress quality and customer service. The whole team at Twilight Bedding is committed to your mattress satisfaction, which is why we offer our industry-leading Comfort Exchange guarantee.
01.
Test the mattress for two months from date of delivery.
02.
After the first two months you may call us (within the remaining 30 days) and describe your situation i.e., “too firm” or “too soft”.
03.
We will come and pick up the mattress for a $100 fee – which includes the return – or a $50 fee if you bring it to us, and change the densities of the layers according to what you described to us for no additional fee.
04.
Any subsequent adjustments will be billed out to include pickup, return, labor and materials.
